Our client was cleared of all charges brought against them by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).  The client was recommended us services from a former client following contact about a referral to the GPhC.

Fitness to practise defence barrister, Stephen McCaffrey, said:

The GPhC had become list in the complexity of working contracts and lost sight of the evidence entirely. We were able to present a clear and compelling case to the Investigating Committee (IC) which proved the allegations to be unfounded. The case was summarily closed with no further action.”
